Callose Caravan and Camping Park, Hayle

Excellent site,we have visited this site for the third year running. The children are very safe and semm to make lots of friends which they meet up with the following year. The familys all muck in at keeping an eye out for everyone. Good acces to Praa sands, Hayle, Cramborne, and the train ride to St Ives. The site is very sucluded and well maintained friendly staff.

We've visited this excellent site several times over the last 8 years. Changed ownership in 2002. Family entertainment in the club every night except Saturdays. Very well maintained. Shower blocks very clean although showers are a bit of a nuisance - you keep having to press the button to keep the water flowing. Several different areas to camp in - in school holiday time, pitch away from the club area as it can be noisy but its generally a peaceful site with a good atmosphere. Safe for children to be let loose. Safe children's playground with tiny stream running through. Shop isn't wonderful but has your basics. Food served in club is ok. Swimming pool is smallish and can get crowded peak season. Nice area equidistant between both coasts. Good value. Recommended.
