Woodbine Cottage Caravan Park, Northwich

My first experience as a camper on this site is that tents are welcome but are not a valued part of their buisness, we were told where to place our tent, it was near to the chemical waste point, and quite close to the bins.
The site had a nice canal running behind it which was nice and the site is equipt with showers 20 pence for about fifteen minutes, toilets, fresh water point, they also have caravans on site for hire.
We found the location of the site was noisy as it was just back from the A49 which is never quiet, but it's probably nicer in a well insulated caravan, we found it to noisy to stay both nights and we felt we needed to move on they graciously refunded the money for the second night without much trouble.
On the whole the place was nice well kept and reasonably clean but probably better for Caravanners or if you are just touring with a tent, mainly because the noise from the road never ceases.
