Camping Benidorm, Benidorm

Although camping Benidorm is a camp site there are also chalet type units available. When my girlfriend & I stayed there we took the chalet option. There was a kitchen, shower/toilet , TV ( eurosport), running hot water, Drying line , patio & plenty of space for the two of us. The camp Bar was run by an English couple who made it they're busines to make us very welcome. they served food from brakfast time to evening & a fantastic Sunday roast dinner , just like you would get at home. Many of the residents on the site were British. It is quite a way to the sea side , about a 20 minute walk at a steady pace but although quite a trek it was a trip filled with shops, plenty to see. The highlight of the holiday for me was our night at Benidorm palace. I think it cost about £30 english for the night but that includes a 4 course meal, free wine during your meal & some of the best entertainment I have ever seen. Magicians , dancers, singers etc etc . If you go to Benidorm then make sure you go to the Benidorm Palace. The camp staff were pleasent & the cleaner who we saw every morning was one of the happiest people I have ever seen working. We enjoyed our stay at Camping Benidorm & the trip home was made all the easier because the Bar staff gave us a lift to Alicante airport. A grat help. I would recommend Camping benidorm to anyone concidering a camping holiday in the area. Paul. Exeter.
