Les Druides, Carnac

Teh best little campsite in Brittany. Extremely quiet with very few English families. The pitches are huge and the site is tiny with around 50 pitches. We are going again in a few days and although this site is slighly out of the tourist resort of Carnac it is within walking distance of the beaches, supermarket and shops. We love it and would recommend this site to anyone who likes to site outside their tent in the evening with a good book, a glass of wine or just to play board games with their children as we do. We have visited other sites and none are as relaxing at Les Druides.

We stayed at this campsite last year, it was a last resort as all the other ones we tried where full. For that we are thankful. Les Druids is a wonderful site. The pitches are secluded and individual. The swimming pool is excellent as are all the facilities. It is a very quiet site with a very good continental mix. If you like a site with evening entertainment then this is not the site for you. Beaches are within walking distance, (beautiful unspoilt, unhabited beaches), as is the large supermarket and the bustling area of Carnac Plage, this boasts many restaurants, shops, bike hire and such. We would thoroughly recommend this site, well we are going back!!
