From London: take the M40, then the M6 and M54 from Birmingham to Shrewsbury.
Follow the signs to Welshpool -A5, A458 and A470 to the Dolgellau bypass.
From the south west: use M5/M6, then as above.
If you are travelling from Welshpool or South Wales the first landmark you look for as you're getting close to Dolgellau is the petrol station and Little Chef on the right.
Shortly afterwards fork left to Dolgellau. We are by the 30mph sign on the left after 200m.
If you are travelling from the North:
use M6/M56 to Chester, then A494 to Dolgellau bypass. Keep on the A470 to the south end of the town (from Bala, turn left when you reach the A470).
Then take the right turn 300m later into Dolgellau. We are by the 30mph sign on the left after 200m - on the edge of the town.
Coming by public transport:
You can also come by train from London or Birmingham (5.5 and 3 hours respectively) to Fairbourne or Barmouth via Machynlleth and the Cambrian Coast route. From Fairbourne or Barmouth there are buses and taxis. Call us to arrange a pick-up if you wish.
