Little Shelfin Farm, Ilfracombe

Used the site several times and found the owner to be very friendly and the site very good value for money. Yes the site does only have one shower however you would know this if you asked what facilities it holds when making your booking. Also it it can get a bit messy in the toilet block but found this down to other customers poor hygine as oposed to not being looked after. There is also water and electric points for caravan use, less than a 2 minute walk to the pub and central to most North Deven Coast line. Remember you get what you pay for, if you want high quality facilities get a hotel.

We stayed at Little Shelfin Farm for the bank holiday weekend in August. We were very disappointed. The facilities were very dirty, there was only 1 shower available for the whole site (the other one was out of order) and we found the manager/owner quite eractic and at times rude. We would not recommend this site.

we went to little shelfin farm and had a marvellous time, one of our best camping trips! the owner is the big friendly giant in person! also a particularly interesting set of buidings in ilfracombe. good times.
