Ringwell Holiday Park, Truro

Visited 2002. A very well maintained site on a steep incline - facilities at the bottom. Most camping is level. It's very peaceful - too peaceful for us. There was hardly anybody else there in July and we felt a distinct lack of holiday atmosphere. We were the only customers in the club on two evenings. Clean restaurant serving ok food. Lovely pool but you had to ask for the key and take it back afterwards which was a bit offputting. Reception a bit scruffy and nobody there when we arrived so not really welcoming and nothing in the shop. Nice people when you meet them though. Not for us but if you like absolute peace in a good setting with nice valley views then this may be for you.
