Camping Las Dunas De San Anton, El Puerto De Santa Maria

Superb site, very well run. At least 30 mins walking distance from centre of town but a lovely walk. Showers perfect (not too hot or cold as other reviewer found) good disabled shower and toilet unit as well. Huge beach with palm trees just right across the road. Best of all 30 min walk to the ferry to Cadiz. I should not promote this place as I want it all to myself! Staff very helpful, we will visit again!

The experience was great, and not only for the area. The campsite is in front of a wonderfull beach, with Cadiz ahead, and it has plenty of trees (well, not the waywalk to the exit, pretty hard to walk by after 1 pm). The only complain was about the showers... sometimes cold sometimes pure fire. Also they should clean more often the tents area. Was great to find two forks in the sand (we forgot ours) but the shine of broken glass sometimes was a nasty advise for barefoot walkers. The supermarket is very good, but if you wanna walk check the prices at the local supermarket (Crevillet). Also dont trust the staff if you ask them how far are the ferrys' piers to Cadiz... it is always more than half an hour away!!!!
