Camping Village Residence, Venezia

A reasonably sized campsite with excellent access to a well maintained beach.The site consists of static and touring caravans as well as some apartments.It is possible to pre book a touring caravan pitch but there are only a limited number of spaces available other wise you just have to arrive and hope there is a vacancy.It is best to arrive early in the morning when vacancies become available.There is a largish swimming pool which is supervised .Also on site is a well stocked supermarket which sells a good selection of cheeses and cold meats.
For the evening there is a bar and disco/dance area where a variety of entertainments take place including live music. besides the bar there is a busy pizza/pasta restaurant.For those with young children there are arranged activities during the day.Just outside the camp entrance there are a number of shops and restaurants.The camping equipment shop is worth a visit.The site is very well run ,the toilet and shower facilities are very good and it is very quiet and peaceful after 11pm when the bar closes.
